Where We Deliver

We deliver to all addresses in New Zealand (excluding PO boxes).

International delivery is currently unavailable.

To ensure you receive your order we recommend providing a delivery address where you are present during regular business hours, such as an office address.

For customers based in Gisborne we offer a ‘Local Pickup’ shipping option where you can collect your order from our factory during business hours, Monday to Friday. We will email you further details when your order is ready for collection.

New Zealand Delivery Schedule

We deliver on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

North Island 1 – 3 business days
South Island 2 – 4 business days

Note: During major promotional events and special occasions (such as Christmas) please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your delivery to arrive.

Items delivered while you are out

If you are not home or access is blocked (e.g. security gates preventing entry), the courier will leave a card requesting that you contact the courier company to reschedule delivery.

Track Your Order

  • You will receive an e-mail from us when your order leaves our warehouse.
  • If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery times please contact Customer Service during business hours or send us an e-mail and we can track it for you.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE if you spend over $70, otherwise it’s a flat rate of $7.00.

The ‘free shipping’ option will appear when your cart order value reaches $70. If the free shipping does not calculate automatically, please select the ‘free shipping’ option at check-out to enable free shipping.

Multiple Deliveries

Multiple deliveries mean you may receive more than one delivery, and these may arrive on different days. This can happen if you order a combination of in-stock and back-ordered products.

If this does happen:

  1. We’ll ship the in-stock products immediately so you’re not kept waiting, and any back-ordered products will be sent in an additional delivery as soon as they’re available.
  2. No matter how many deliveries you get, you only pay for delivery once during checkout. Any additional deliveries will be sent free of charge.

Returns and Exchanges

Free exchange within 30 days of purchase

If you’re unhappy with the products you received from Columbine, simply return them within 30 days of delivery and we’ll happily provide an exchange or refund, for free. Your products must be in the condition you received them:

  • Unworn
  • Unsoiled
  • Intact, with tags attached
  • Preferably inside the original carton which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit.
  • Unfortunately we will be unable to accept the return if the product is damaged.

If for any reason you would like to return your product, here are your options:

By post

  • Complete the Exchanges & Returns form below or download here.
  • Pack all products, with your Exchanges & Returns form inside a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.

  • Attend your local Post Office and send the package back to us. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest registered post as unfortunately we are not liable for lost return parcels.
  • Once received, we will inspect and process the products. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive your product and action your return request.
  • We will gladly cover the cost of delivering your new product if you have requested an exchange.
  • Any refunds required will be processed back via your original form of payment.

Faulty Items

At Columbine we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however, if you have purchased an item from Columbine and you believe it to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service team and notify us of the faulty garment within 14 days of receipt of your order.
